I have been regularly going to this clinic for maybe 30 years. I began when they first opened their office, (can't remember what year that was), and I've never even thought of going anywhere else. Why would I? Not only is the staff friendly and competent, the dentistry is really, really good. I owe Jan, my hygienist, for the excellent state of my oral health. And that is a very big deal to me. I know that chronic gum infection can lead to all kinds of health problems, including heart attacks. Healthy gums keeps my immune system in great shape. We don't often think of having our teeth cleaned as being that important. When we go to the dentist to get our teeth cleaned, we go because lime has collected in the nooks and crannies, and so, singularly focused as so many of us are, we think that's all there is to it. But regularly clearing out that debris keeps the gums healthy. This is why my hygienist is so important to me. Jan clears the debris, and she also gives me great tips on how to keep the debris from collecting in the first place. When she's finished, one of the dentists will come in for a final check. Both dentists are really friendly. These guys will do everything in their power to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I'm a computer geek, and so I really appreciate the computer screens that are always in front of you where you can see your medical history at a glance. For example, the top row of views, (the screen panorama is probably three feet wide), shows your latest x-rays, and the whole panel of four shots stretches across the screen. You can also see previous x-rays so the hygienist or dentist can compare x-rays from one period of time to another. Below that panorama, as I remember, is a listing of the nutritional supplements and pharms I regularly take. It's very cool. If you ask them, they will put you on their texting list so a couple of weeks before your appointment you'll get a text reminder. Once you know that date, you can send an email to yourself with the appointment date in the subject line. If you check your email as often as I do, you can't possibly forget your appointment! This clinic is technically savvy. They're up on things. It's a cool bunch who works there. 🙂 I give this clinic 5 out of 5 stars. That's how confident I am in the expertise of every single staff person I've dealt with over the years. I really love these guys. Can you tell? 🙂 Dick C
