I've only had a couple of cleaning issues and when I mentioned it the staff was all over taking corrective action. I came to their office needing a deep cleaning mostly due to another dentists poor work. I'm not a big fan of having to go to the dentist as often as I now have to but they are obsoletely awesome to work with given my teeth's requirements.
